Founded in Hyderabad
Sirus Enclosures was established in Hyderabad with a vision to manufacture high-quality MS electrical enclosures for local industries. What began as a small operation quickly earned a reputation for reliability and craftsmanship.
Expanded to Stainless Steel Enclosures
Growing demand from food processing, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries led us to expand into SS enclosures — adding corrosion resistance and hygiene-grade products to our portfolio.
Control Panels & Custom Engineering
We launched our control panel division — MCC, PCC, and PLC automation panels — and began manufacturing fully custom-engineered solutions based on customer drawings and specifications.
ISO 9001 Certification Achieved

High-quality MS or SS sheets are CNC laser cut to precise dimensions — including all cutouts, cable entry holes, and mounting provisions.
CNC hydraulic press brakes form the sheet into the enclosure body — precise angles and consistent dimensions across all units in the batch.
Powder coating, painting, or passivation applied. PU foam gasket applied for certified IP55, IP66, or IP67 weatherproof sealing.
Components assembled and wiring completed by trained engineers per your layout drawings — MCC, PCC, PLC, or any custom configuration.
Every unit undergoes rigorous QC — dimensional check, IP verification, electrical insulation test, and finish inspection before dispatch clearance.
Sea-worthy crating for exports, road-safe packaging for India deliveries, full export documentation, CE certificates, and dispatch via trusted logistics partners.
