Key Features
- Strongest enclosure design available with a perfect strength-to-weight ratio.
- Frame structure in 3mm folded CRCA sheet with vertical and horizontal indexing holes (dia 9 & 4.2mm) at 12.5mm pitch for flexible component positioning.
- Base in 3mm folded sheet with removable front and rear covers in 2mm thickness.
- Front and rear single, split, or partial doors in 2mm CRCA sheet with support channels, sheet metal hinges, and 3/4-point handle lock.
- Fixed bolted cover in 2mm for instrumentation panels; screwed rear cover in 1.5mm where a door is not required.
- Gland plates in folded CRCA, slotted, or perforated options in 1.5mm thickness for bottom ventilation if needed.
- Side covers in 1.5mm screwed CRCA sheet; top cover in 1.5mm bolted with lifting eye bolts.
- C-plate (component mounting plate) in 2mm / 3mm as required.
- 19" DIN standard rack and swing frame arrangement available within the enclosure.
- Multi-colour powder coating available. Protection up to IP55.
